(1) Under and Post-Graduate Students. A document stating the corresponding condition must be provided with a copy of the registration form. Please notice that the condition of student is not applicable to persons holding a PhD degree.
Notes
  • Registration fees include:
    1. Conference:
    - Access to Conference sessions
    - Proceedings book including a CD with the full version of the papers.
    - Access to lunches from 15th to 18th November.
    - Access to the Conference Dinner on the 16th November.
    - Bus transfers from the Hotels to the Conference hall.
    2. Short Course on Fire Safety:
    - Access to the Course sessions
    - Documentation
    - Access to lunches on the 12th and 13th November
    3.Short Course on Fire Behaviour:
    - Access to the Course sessions
    - Documentation
    - Access to lunches on the 13th and 14th November
    4. Study Tour:
    - Lunch, dinner and accommodation on the 18th November and lunch on the 19th November.
    5. Social program for Accompanying persons:
    Participation in the three one-day tours that are proposed in the program.
  • Full registration (1+2+3) will be accepted at a low price of 900 Euros (till 30th September) or 1050 (after 30th September), except for students.
Payment Info
Payment can be made by cheque, bank or credit card. All payments must be made in EURO currency.
NOTE: Payments made by Bank transfer (cheque or credit card), are subjected to bank taxes and should be supported by you. Please make sure that the liquid amount that is sent to the organization corresponds to the registration fees. In case of any problem the differences must be paid at the registration desk.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received before 30th September will be refunded with less 20% of administrative charge. After this date there will be no refund but substitutions will be accepted if asked.
