All accepted Abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts (one page abstract), and the respective full papers in a CD-ROM that will be available at the Conference.
Authors should provide a one page abstract (that should be clear, descriptive and not longer than 400 words) and the full paper in accordance with the following template:

The submission of the abstract and of the full version of your paper is also made through the “Easychair” account of the Conference. You can use the same link and account details as for the initial abstract submission:

Once inside the Conference easychair webpage please use the top right menu and follow these steps:
- Click on “update information” and change whatever you need. You should insert the mentioned one page abstract in the correct field. Check to see if the category oral/poster is correct and change it if needed.
- Click on “update authors” if there is any change and correct it.
- Click on “submit a new version” and submit the final version of your paper.

NOTE 1: Please notice that any oral or poster presentation must be made by one of its authors who must be fully registered at the Conference. One participant cannot present more than two oral papers and, in principle, not more than two posters
NOTE 2: Following an agreement with the International Journal of Wildland Fire the authors of some selected papers will be invited by the Scientific Committee to submit an extended version of their manuscript for publication in the IJWF. The final acceptance of these papers will be decided by the Editorial Board of the Journal through its normal peer review process.
