| > | The Conference organization has already assured the reservation of a number of rooms in some of the listed hotels until the indicated dates. After that dates we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms. |
| > | As the Conference will take place at the Congress Hall of Hotel Vila Galé we encourage all participants to stay in this Hotel or in other Hotels in its vicinity for convenience. For example Hotel Dona Inês (just beside Hotel Vila Galé), Hotel Oslo, Hotel Bragança and Hotel Tivoli are all at a walking distance from the place of the Conference (Please see the map bellow). Hotel Vila Galé has an underground park for cars at a reduced cost of 5€ per day, for participants staying in the Hotel but it is open to other participants as well at a cost of 7.5€ per day. |
